How to Achieve Anything
1. You must first figure out what it is that you truly want
Many of us have mixed and competing feelings about many things and this makes it difficult to delineate our goals clearly
2. WRITE IT DOWN
3. Write down a plan comprising the steps necessary to achieve your goal
4. Revisit your plan regularly and modify it if necessary
That's it! That's all it takes to achieve any realistic goal!
In times of crisis you have a much better chance of survival if you maintain your point of reference, in other words, keep in mind where you need/want to go to overcome the crisis, rather than retreat in a state of denial. This denial can occur even in very intelligent people
